Acting on behalf of Landlord, abrdn, Hencal worked closely with joint agents Knight Frank and EYCo as well as the Project Management team at Trident to deliver a plug and play suite for new tenants - Floatation. As the desking was being re-purposed from an existing client the main focus was around the meeting rooms, breakout zones and welcome area whilst also making sure the desking was upgraded with the latest power module technology and ergonomic task seating.
